KCB Architecture has over 30 years of experience in architectural design, construction and specializes in providing services as an Architectural Hardware Consultant (AHC) and Electrical Hardware Consultant (EHC) for hardware design and coordination.
The broad range of projects we have successfully completed for SUNY, DASNY, OGS, OMH and various private sector clients uniquely qualifies our firm to serve the team with architectural and door hardware consulting expertise.
We have provided architectural services for College and University, Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12, Historic Preservation, Sustainability, Corporate and Health Care projects, and we routinely collaborate with teams of design and engineering experts having the diverse skills specifically required for each project to ensure that the clients’ goals are realized and their expectations are exceeded.
We work statewide providing independent architectural and electrical hardware consultation and project coordination. Rigorous training and AHC, EHC and FDIA certification by the Door and Hardware Institute attest to the exceptional quality of service that KCB Architecture brings to a project.

As an architectural and construction professional, Ms. Culp-Burton has over 28 years of experience in all facets of the design and construction industry.
She has an exceptional track record of advancing multi- million-dollar projects from initial design conception through construction completion by working closely with clients to develop project scope and budget, supervising and directing design, coordinating staff throughout the construction document process, managing building contractors/trades during construction, and building positive relationships with clients, while maintaining project costs and schedules.
Ms. Culp-Burton’s experience in the field of architecture has allowed her to develop strong capabilities in design and project management for the following clients: NYSOGS, SUCF, SUNY, NYSOPRHP, OPWDD, and DASNY.
