We provide Construction Administration services once the design is complete, all drawings are finalized and certified by the local building department, and construction begins. Once the client agrees to terms with a contractor, we as the architect, oversee the project to ensure that it is executed in accordance with the design specifications. We visit the job site on a regular basis to monitor progress and address any issues that may develop during construction as well as review samples when necessary. Our staff is highly experienced in project planning, budgeting, cost control, labor relations, mobilization, construction process and techniques, scheduling, and code/regulatory compliance.
